When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped once the site has closed and all orders are placed. You will receive your order 2 weeks after the site has closed.
Will I receive an order confirmation email?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email from the alias “noreply@jniwebshop.com” – please check your spam folder if you cannot locate this confirmation email in your inbox.
How can I view my order history?
To maintain an order history, you will need to sign up for an account on the store website. You will then be able to view your order(s) and tracking information in the “Account” menu located in the top right of the website. Please note: tracking will not appear until your order is shipped and details become available from the courier.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please email: jenny.seibert@nadel.com for any issues with your order. We are unable to refund your order once placed, but I can change your size or color preference.
How do I return my order?
Online purchases are final. Returns and/or exchanges are not accepted or available. If you received a damaged or defective item, please reach out to customer service via the Contact Us form.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email reply notifying you of the shipment and your tracking number. This email will be sent from the alias “noreply@jniwebshop.com” – please check your spam folder if you cannot locate your tracking email in your inbox.
